Knödelfest in Sterzing

At the Knödelfest, the dumpling festival, all participating restaurants together form a table almost 400 metres long through the historic lanes and serve their variations of dumplings (Knödel).

The traditional Knödelfest has been part of Sterzing's calendar since the early 2000s and attracts several thousand guests every year. You also get dumplings in several varieties in our restaurant.
