All prices shown on the website include value added tax. Please note that the local tourist tax came into force on 1 January 2014 and is NOT included in the prices shown. The local tourist tax must be paid directly at the establishment on site.

5. Limitation of liability

The accommodation establishment is liable solely for direct damage incurred by the guest as a result of the establishment's failure to fulfil its obligations in relation to its own activities. In any event, the accommodation establishment's liability is limited to the total price of the booking to which the liability claim relates.

6. Miscellaneous

These general terms and conditions and the provision of our services are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Italian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions and our services is Bozen (Italy). Should any provision of this contract be or become invalid, all other provisions applicable to the contracting parties shall remain unaffected.
