Our restaurant is in a 600-year-old vault, carried by four Venetian columns of pink marble. On the plate you get South Tyrolean cooking: Blattler with sauerkraut, dumplings (Knödel) in several varieties, Kaiserschmarrn. You do not have to be a hotel guest to eat with us.
